Ingredients You’ll Need

To make delectable Brown butter chocolate chip cookies, gather the following ingredients:

Preparation:
  • Brown the butter:

    • Place butter in saucepan over medium Heat

    • Stir with a wooden spot occasionally so it doesn't burn

    • Let it foam, after the foam start reducing and you'll start seeing Brown specks at the bottom

    • Once it reaches a golden to Amber Brown color, take it from the hit and pour it on a Bowl to cool off for at least 15 minutes.

    • (temperature should be between 132-140 celsius or 270-285 F) when is browning

  • Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt)

  • Mix wet ingredients (Sugars, eggs, vanilla extract, butter)

  • Add chocolate chip

Once all ingredients are mixed, take a cookie scoop and make balls, place the parchment paper on your tray and out the cookie balls.

After you have formed the balls, let it rest for at least half an hour in the fridge or if you're not baking the same day you can freeze them and Bake them right out of the freezer.

Bake at 350 celsius for at least 20 minutes. Another useful tip that has a lot of Impact on the cookies is not baking too many cookies at the same time. I recommend baking no more than six per tray and just one tray at a time if you have a domestic oven.

Remember to Heat up your oven prior to baking. if not your cookie could be burned, overcooked or undercooked.

After letting your brown butter chocolate chip cookies cool for a few minutes, it’s time to indulge. The aroma wafting through your kitchen will be irresistible! Enjoy them fresh out of the oven or store them in an airtight container for later. Trust me, once you taste the complexity of flavors in these cookies, you won't want to go back to regular chocolate chip cookies ever again.
